The Special Forces protect Belgium from its most dangerous criminals. As team leaders, Ludo (35) and Rex (49) are convinced that, despite staff shortages and lack of funding, their men are so invincible that any opponent will immediately surrender. This confidence is shattered in 2015 when a sudden wave of terrorism hits Europe. Ludo is confronted with suicide bombers for the first time and comes face to face with an enemy who does not fear death.
