NL/FR/ENG Postcard volgt Joyce en Sisi, twee jonge Nigeriaanse vrouwen die via een gevaarlijke migratieroute naar Europa komen, in de hoop daar een beter leven op te bouwen. Hun verhaal speelt zich voornamelijk af in België en draait rond thema’s als uitbuiting, loyaliteit, vriendschap, moederschap, geloof en de vicieuze cirkel waarin slachtoffers uiteindelijk zelf onderdeel kunnen worden van het systeem. Postcard suit Joyce et Sisi, deux jeunes femmes nigérianes qui empruntent une dangereuse route migratoire vers l’Europe, dans l’espoir d’y construire une vie meilleure. Leur histoire se déroule principalement en Belgique et explore des thèmes tels que l’exploitation, la loyauté, l’amitié, la maternité, la foi et le cercle vicieux dans lequel les victimes peuvent finir par devenir elles-mêmes partie intégrante du système. Postcard follows Joyce and Sisi, two young Nigerian women who travel to Europe along a dangerous migration route, hoping to build a better life there. Their story takes place mainly in Belgium and explores themes of exploitation, loyalty, friendship, motherhood, faith, and the vicious cycle in which victims can ultimately become part of the very system that exploits them.
